Great Paring Knife
This is a GREAT paring knife. Like all Shuns, it's razor sharp. It's also comfortable in your hand and just the right size for intricate cutting jobs. The handle is hollow, but still has the right amount of weight/balance. I've really enjoyed using it in my kitchen.

My nephew requested this knife as a wedding gift. He eats a lot of vegetables and is in love with this knife -- sharp and just the right size!

The Shun knives are absolutely the best that I own and I have other good brands. These knives come out of the box scary sharp, so be careful.
